CSW is a New York based private equity investment firm specializing in buyouts and recapitalizations. CSW seeks to invest in fundamentally sound, middle market companies with revenues between $25 million and $250 million, as well as "corporate orphans" that are no longer a strategic fit with their parent organizations.

CSW through its fund, Williams Capital Partners, LP, believes that creating win-win partnerships with management is fundamental to long-term success. We leverage our general partners' years of financial and relevant operating experience to connect with management and cultivate relationships based upon a shared strategic vision, an executable plan of action, and mutual respect. Our experience spans organizational turnarounds, family-owned businesses, large and small consumer packaged goods companies, private-label and branded packaged goods operations, new product development, domestic and international marketing, and brand management.
