Cordova, Smart & Williams Invests in The Sqwincher Corporation

New York, NY, September 15, 2006 — Cordova, Smart & Williams, LLC (CSW), a middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has completed an investment in The Sqwincher Corporation, a Mississippi based manufacturer and marketer of electrolyte replacement beverages specifically formulated for the Industrial Sector.
