Carl has 17 years of private equity experience, and has served on the boards of numerous private companies. He previously led Argo Partners, a private equity club investing in and advising smaller middle market companies, including Kleinfelds, a New York-based bridal retailer. Prior to forming Argo, Carl was a senior investment principal in the New York office of Electra Fleming, focusing on middle market companies in a wide range of industries, including sectors in consumer manufacturing and distribution. His investments included companies such as Steinway & Sons, Planet Hollywood, and New Vision Television. Prior to Electra Fleming, Carl was a vice president at a small buyout boutique based in New York, and previously he was an investment banking professional at Tucker Anthony. Mr. Cordova holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Gettysburg College.
