Professional Experience
Tannis Fussell joined Cordova, Smart & Williams, LLC in 2005. Prior to joining CSW, Ms. Fussell was a Vice President at JP Morgan where she was responsible for advisory and debt & equity financings for middle market companies. Prior to that Ms. Fussell was a Vice President at Communications Equity Associates responsible for equity financings and mergers & acquisitions advisory and an Associate at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette working as a generalist in the Investment Banking and Merchant Banking Groups. Ms. Fussell also spent time at Intelisys, a New York e-procurement company, as the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy where she worked on the company's mergers & acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions and on the strategic direction for the company and newly acquired products.

Ms. Fussell began her career at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Group where she conducted mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and project finance transactions in various sectors and then at Harbourvest Partners where she worked on direct private equity investments in small to middle market companies and portfolio monitoring.

Ms. Fussell holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A. from Howard University.
