Professional Experience
Mr. Holland has more than 40 years of senior operating and consulting experience with companies in the consumer and industrial sectors. Prior to Cordova, Smart & Williams, LLC, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WorkPlace Integrators (WPI), a Southeast Michigan company (and turn-around challenge) he acquired in June 1997 and sold in April 2001. WorkPlace Integrators is one of the largest Steelcase Office Furniture dealerships in the U.S.Prior to WPI, Mr. Holland was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ben & Jerry's, the Vermont-based ice cream manufacturer. Mr. Holland previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rokher-J, Inc. a New York based holding company focused on providing business and strategy development assistance to senior management of major corporations. Prior to his most recent stint with Rokher-J, he was Chairman of Gilreath Manufacturing, Inc., a full-service custom plastic injection molding company; and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of City Marketing, a Michigan corporation whose principal business was a successfully restructured beverage distribution company in Detroit. Mr. Holland was an Associate and then Partner with McKinsey & Company, Inc. During that time he worked with a variety of industrial and consumer goods clients (e.g., steel, inorganic chemicals, machinery, railroads and consumer packaged goods), primarily to develop long-term growth strategies or to achieve a turnaround in performance. Although based in New York, he spent two years in McKinsey's Amsterdam office, one year in the firm's offices in London and Cleveland, and extended engagements in Mexico and Brazil. Mr. Holland has served on a number of corporate boards across a wide variety of industries including The MONY Group (acquired by AXA), Frontier Communications (acquired by Global Crossing), ACNielsen (acquired by VNU - Netherlands), and Olin Chemicals Corporation. His position on PepsiCo's Advisory Board is to assist senior executives to develop effective programs and initiatives, specifically in the area of supplier diversity. He holds three honorary degrees: Doctorates of Laws from Union University, Schenectady, N.Y. and University of Vermont; and a Doctorate of Business from Bryant College in Providence, R.I.

Education
Mr. Holland holds an M.B.A. in International Marketing from the Bernard Baruch Graduate School of Business, and a B.S.M.E. from Union College.
