Professional Experience
Edward Niemczyk joined Cordova, Smart & Williams, LLC in 2006. Prior to CSW, Mr. Niemczyk was an Associate at GE Global Sponsor Finance where he was responsible for evaluating and executing debt financing opportunities for a wide range of financial sponsor transactions.

Prior to the Sponsor Finance role at GE, Mr. Niemczyk completed the GE Investment Analyst Program where he focused on asset based lending.

Mr. Niemczyk holds a B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College.
